Be it known that IDbike is an innovating company in the field of bicycle technology. The intellectual property of IDbike is protected by copyright and by patents world wide.
Particularly, IDbike owns or is co-owner of Dutch patents 1013338, 1016294, 1019636, 1028426, 1023681 and 1023765, International patent applications PCT/NL00/00757, PCT/NL02/00867, PCT/NL2004/000425, PCT/NL2006/000103, USA patent application 10/560,848, US2009120211, Japanese patent application 2006-516985, JP2008531394, Chinese patent applications 02827794.5, 200480016911.8, CN101128356, Taiwanese patent application 095106720, European patent applications 02793593.1, 04748657.6, European patent 1.324.913.
All of the above patents and patent applications relate to IDbike development of force-measuring devices and methods, particularly for measuring the rider's force exerted in an electrically assisted bicycle.
IDbike intends to strongly defend their intellectual property.
Particularly, anyone who infringes one or more of the above intellectual property rights without prior authorization by IDbike will be sued by all legal means available.
More particularly, but not exclusively, IDbike will claim damages, and IDbike will also claim:
- that all products manufactured but not yet sold will be publicly destroyed,
- that all products sold will be recalled for destruction, and
- that lists will be submitted of all buyers of the infringing products so that the same legal actions can be taken against such buyers;
- that the unlawful infringement will be announced in advertisements in newspapers and magazines.
In view of the above mentioned information, you can not claim ignorance of IDbike's intellectual property.
